Q How do I place an order?
Placing an order is quick and simple. Click any "Get the Bundle" button on the page, review your order summary, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely by credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The whole process takes under two minutes, and your download link will arrive in your inbox within seconds of payment being confirmed.
Q What payment methods do you accept?

Q Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our store runs on Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world, with bank-level SSL encryption on every transaction. You will see the padlock icon in your browser's address bar throughout checkout.
We never have access to your full card number — all payment data is handled directly by our payment processors (Stripe / PayPal), not stored on our servers.
Q Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive two emails:
- Order confirmation — a summary of your purchase with your order number.
- Download email — containing your personal, secure download link to access all your Bekind files immediately.
Both emails are sent to the address you provided at checkout, typically within 30–60 seconds.
💡 Cannot find either email? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there after 5 minutes, contact us and we will resend it straight away.
Q Can I use a discount code?
Yes! If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Discount code" field on the checkout page before completing your purchase. The discount will be applied automatically to your order total.
Please note that discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders, and only one code can be used per order.
Q I was charged but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Do not worry — this occasionally happens due to email filters. Here is what to do:
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for emails from hello@bekindstudio.com.
- If you still cannot find it, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend your download link immediately.
Q Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because Bekind products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once payment has been processed.
If you made a mistake (for example, used the wrong email address), please contact us straight away at info@bekindstore.net and we will do our best to help.

Q When will I receive my download link?
Immediately. Your download link is sent to your email address within seconds of your payment being confirmed — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.
There is no waiting, no processing time, and nothing to ship. You can be using your Bekind resources within minutes of purchase.
Q What format are the files in?
All Bekind materials are delivered as high-resolution PDF files, optimised for both printing and on-screen use:
- For printing: Files are formatted at 300 DPI — the professional print standard — so they come out crisp and clear on any home printer or at a copy shop.
- For screens: They open beautifully on tablets, phones and computers without any quality loss.

Q How do I open a PDF file?
No special software is required. PDFs can be opened with any of the following — all free:
- On a computer: Double-click the file. It will open in your default PDF viewer (usually Adobe Reader, Preview on Mac, or your browser).
- On a tablet or phone: Tap the file to open it in your Files app, then choose a PDF viewer. We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader (free on iOS & Android) for the best experience.
💡 If you do not already have Adobe Reader, you can download it free at get.adobe.com/reader.
Q How long is my download link valid?
Your download link is valid for 30 days and can be used up to 5 times. We recommend saving your files to a cloud service (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox) or your computer as soon as you download them.
If your link has expired or you have exceeded the download limit, simply contact us and we will send you a fresh link — no questions asked.
Q Can I access my files on multiple devices?
Yes, absolutely. Once you have downloaded your files, you can save them to any device or cloud storage platform and access them whenever you need. There is no DRM restriction preventing you from opening your files on different devices.
💡 We recommend saving to Google Drive, iCloud or Dropbox so you can access them easily from any phone, tablet or computer in the future.
Q My download link is not working. What should I do?
Try the following steps first:
- Copy the link and paste it directly into your browser's address bar (rather than clicking).
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
- Check whether the link has expired (links are valid for 30 days).
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
If none of those work, email us at info@bekindstore.net with your order number and we will send you a new link within a few hours.
Q I lost my files. Can I download them again?
Yes — just get in touch. Contact us at info@bekindstore.net with your order number (or the email address you used at checkout) and we will send you a new download link.
💡 Pro tip: Save your files to a cloud folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud) right after downloading. That way you will never lose them.

Q What paper size should I use?
All Bekind materials are designed to work on both A4 (standard in the UK, Australia and New Zealand) and US Letter (standard in the USA and Canada). When printing, select "Fit to page" or "Shrink to fit" in your printer settings to ensure the layout prints correctly on your local paper size.
Q Can I print in black and white to save ink?
Yes! While the files were designed with colour in mind, they are fully functional in black and white. The layouts, text and activity spaces all remain clear and easy to use when printed in greyscale.
For workbooks and trackers used daily (like the Mood Journal and Routine Checklists), printing in black and white is a practical option. We recommend printing the "How Are You Feeling Today?" poster in colour for maximum visual impact with children.
Q Can I print the materials multiple times?
Absolutely. You can print each resource as many times as you need for personal and family use. This includes:
- Reprinting for a new school year or a fresh start
- Printing copies for multiple children in the same household
- Replacing pages that have been filled in or worn out
The only restriction is that the files may not be printed in bulk for commercial purposes, distributed to others, or resold.
Q Can I print at a copy shop instead of at home?
Yes — in fact, for items like the wall poster, we recommend printing at a professional print shop for the best quality result. Simply save your PDF to a USB stick, email it to your local print shop, or upload it through their online ordering system.
Printing the poster at A3 or A2 makes a particularly impressive statement on the wall.
Q Can I use the materials on a screen without printing?
Absolutely. All Bekind resources work equally well on digital devices. You can:
- Display the poster as a screensaver or digital photo frame slideshow
- Use the workbooks interactively on a tablet with an Apple Pencil or stylus
- Open the PDFs on a laptop and fill them in digitally using Adobe Acrobat, GoodNotes or Notability
- Display routine checklists on a shared family tablet or screen

Q Can I share the files with a friend or family member?
The files are licensed for use by a single household only. Sharing the files with friends, family members outside your household, colleagues or online communities is not permitted under our terms of use.

Q What age groups is the bundle suitable for?
The Bekind bundle contains resources specifically designed for three distinct age groups:
- Ages 4–11 (Little Explorers Kit): Simple, illustrated activities using age-appropriate language. Children can use many activities independently, or alongside a parent or carer.
- Ages 12–18 (Growing Strong Kit): More reflective, journaling-based tools that meet teenagers where they are — honest, direct and never condescending.
- Adults & Parents (18+ Kit): A dedicated resource for parents and caregivers to support their own emotional balance and mindful parenting practice.
The Routine Checklists, Mood Journal and Poster are designed to be usable across all ages.
Q My child is going through a really difficult time. Will Bekind help?
Bekind resources are designed to support everyday emotional wellbeing, build resilience and improve family connection. Many families find them genuinely helpful during challenging periods.
That said, Bekind is a supportive tool, not a clinical intervention. For children or young people going through complex or prolonged difficulties, we always recommend using these materials as a complement to — not a replacement for — the guidance of a qualified professional such as a therapist, counsellor or GP.

Q Are the materials suitable for children with additional needs?
Bekind materials have been designed with accessibility and inclusivity in mind. The content is visual, practical and activity-based, which many families of children with ADHD, autism, or other learning differences find helpful.
We do recommend reviewing the materials yourself before introducing them to a child with specific needs. For children receiving specialist support, we recommend discussing the resources with their therapist or key worker first.
Q Do I need any prior knowledge to use these resources with my child?
Not at all. The materials are designed to be parent-friendly and jargon-free. Every activity includes clear, brief instructions so you know exactly how to introduce it and guide your child through it — even if you have no background in psychology or therapy.
Q How long does it take to work through the materials?
There is no fixed pace — the bundle is designed to be used flexibly over time. Here are some approaches that work well:
- Daily: Use the Mood Journal or Routine Checklists as part of a morning or bedtime ritual (5–10 minutes)
- Weekly: Work through one or two activities from the age-specific kit together (15–20 minutes)

Q How do I request a refund?

Q Can schools or organisations purchase licences in bulk?
Yes — we offer bulk licensing for schools, clinics, charities and other organisations. Whether you need a licence for a single year group, a whole school, or an entire organisation, we can create a bespoke agreement that works for your context and budget.

🐾 ANIMAL FUN MOVEMENT CARDS
Q What are the Animal Fun cards?
Animal Fun is a set of 42 illustrated movement cards featuring animals and corresponding physical movements, designed to support psychomotor development, coordination, body awareness and creative play in children aged 3–8.
Each card shows an animal with a movement prompt (for example, "hop like a frog", "stretch like a cat", "stomp like an elephant"). Children move through the cards playfully, developing gross motor skills and burning energy in a structured, fun way.
Q How are the Animal Fun cards different from the main bundle?
The main Bekind bundle is focused on emotional wellbeing — helping children and families name feelings, build inner resilience, and develop healthy habits.
Animal Fun is a complementary product focused on physical movement and body awareness. It works beautifully alongside the bundle but can also be used entirely independently.
Q How do I add Animal Fun cards to my order?
Animal Fun is available as an add-on at checkout. When you are on the checkout page, you will see the option to add the Animal Fun cards to your order for $9. Simply check the box and it will be added to your purchase automatically.

Q What age are the Animal Fun cards suitable for?
Animal Fun is designed for children aged 3–8 years. The movements are simple enough for toddlers to attempt with support and engaging enough for children in early primary school to enjoy independently.
Q Do I need to print and cut the cards?
Yes — Animal Fun is a printable product. Once downloaded, you print the cards on card stock (or regular paper), cut them out along the lines, and you are ready to play. We recommend laminating them if you would like them to last longer with frequent use.
💡 Tip: Print on card stock (160–200gsm) for cards that feel sturdy and hold up to lots of little hands. Most print shops can do this for you at low cost.

Q Do I need to create an account to purchase?
No — you can check out as a guest without creating an account. Simply enter your email address and payment details and your download link will be sent directly to your inbox.
If you would like to create an account (which makes it easier to track orders and re-access downloads), you can do so during checkout or any time on our website.
Q I forgot my account password. How do I reset it?
Go to the Log In page on our website and click "Forgot your password?". Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you a password reset link within a few minutes.
If you cannot find the reset email, check your spam folder. If you are still having trouble, contact us at info@bekindstore.net and we will help you regain access.
Q The PDF file appears blurry when I print it. What can I do?
Our files are exported at 300 DPI and should print sharply. If your prints look blurry, try the following:
- Make sure you are opening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (not your browser, which sometimes reduces resolution).
- In the print dialogue, set Quality to "Best" or "High".
- Ensure you are not printing at a significantly larger size than A4/Letter (scaling up beyond 150% may cause visible quality loss).
- Check that your printer ink levels are adequate and that the paper is not damp or low-quality.
If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate whether there is a file issue on our end.
